Before sojo: A typical turn-day

Prior to implementing sojo, typical turnover days were quite chaotic. Our housekeeping contractors had to juggle not only the turn of the home but also the task of ensuring they had the right amount of supplies for all their cleaning assignments that day.

Preparation: Since most of our properties are approximately a 25-minute drive from our warehouse or storage facility, any oversight in bringing the correct supplies, such as toilet paper rolls or clean sponges, led to added stress and additional travel time to an already busy day. Not only did they have to worry about cleaning the homes, but they also had to make time-consuming trips back and forth to retrieve the missing supplies necessary for the guests' stay.

Installation: Time flies quickly on these days but especially when you’re on a tight schedule. Not having pre-assembled kits or a grab n go system adds confusion. This inevitably resulted in inconsistent installations, forgotten items, and a lack of fresh supplies being left for each guest's stay.

Since implementing sojo, our team's turnover days have radically transformed. With sojo, automating the supply management aspect, our housekeeping partners can now concentrate their efforts on the most critical aspect of their job: cleaning the home. This has significantly reduced the time required for preparation before each reservation. We have also experienced a substantial decrease in guest calls reporting missing starter supplies for their stay.
